Description holiday home PRV101

The provencal summer cottage from the year 1932 was completely renovated in 2009, moulder furnished and offers you for 170 square meters enough place for a restful vacation in the big garden with private swimming pool. The position in the local edge of Eygalieres is ideal.

In the first floor there is an open kitchen to the residential dining room, phone, TV, CD DVD player and Internet (WLAN) after system-conditioned and local availability. The kitchen is and a. equipped with microwave oven, freezer, range hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate WC. In the upper floor is 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms have in each case a 1.60 m wide bed with exit on a common balcony. A bedroom has two coexistence-standing single beds. A bedroom has a single bed. Two baths with shower in each case, two wash basins and one with WC. The property is approx. 2,500 square meters, fenced in on three sides. Bringing a domestic animal is permitted. The private swimming pool is approx. 11 m x 5 m big (Deep: 1,10 m to 1,60 m). Outside shower, lying as well as garden piece of furniture and grill are available for the terrace. Parking lot on the property. Linen and towels will provided.

to village to shops and restaurant approx. 200 ms, tennis court approx. 500 ms. Golf course approx. 10 kms. To the coast approx. 50 kms; to Marseille approx. 83 kms.

Charges included (house well-swept leave). Deposit on the spot with the owner or his agent: 500 Euro. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
