Description holiday home PRV104

Pleasant holiday cottage in the vineyards, surrounded by lavender fields and truffle oaks outside the village Valreas in the Vaucluse.

This typical stone house from 1854 was beautifully renovated in 1992 and offers enough with about 80 square meters of living space for 4 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a TV channel for French and a fireplace, CD player. Next to the kitchen with a dining table and Microwave, dish-cleaner, freezer and cooker hood. Washing machine in the next room. Upstairs the two bedrooms are respectively a 1.40 m wide bed and a bathroom with shower and sink. Baby bed and chair on request. There are also a foldable mattress (0,80 x 1,90). A separate toilet. In the rooms there is an electric heater. For the terrace in front of the house are seating, small grill and two loungers. You can park next to the house, too, the great fig tree in front of the house gives pleasant shade in summer -and fruits. Pets are not allowed.

Distances

to Valreas to grocery, restaurant, tennis court and public swimming pool about 2 km. Nyons ca. 15 km; Orange ca. 35 km, Avignon ca. 70 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave), electricity (including heating) on consumption, deposit by the owner or his agent 300 Euro. Bed linen and towels must be brought, rental is not possible. Baby bed and chair, 10 € for each per week.

Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

Booking
If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
