Description holiday home COT153 
The beautiful bay of St. Clair can be reached from the house on foot. The house is modern and bright, has a sheltered terrace behind the house. It stands in a pleasant residential area outside the center of Le Lavandou.

The house (house is built on to another) in Le Lavandou has many sleeps is ideal for 6 people. Ca. 75 sqm living space spread over 2 floors. Internet connection (wireless) to systembedinger / local availability, satellite TV (German channel). Downstairs there is a living-dining room with 2 double sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen with five gas stations, electric oven, microwave oven, American refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Small bedroom (no window) with a 1:40-wide bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a 1.40-wide bed, one with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms each with shower and sink. Two separate toilets. Air conditioning for cooling and heating of the rooms. Bringing a pet is allowed .. There are two terraces: one on the driveway to the house (south side), one behind the house (north side). Garden furniture and gas grill. Parking in the grounds. The plot is about 270 square meters and a fence.


Distances

to the beach about 400 meters (without crossing the coast road), after Le Lavandou to shops, restaurants, about 2 km, to St-Tropez about 35 km, Marseille 110 km.


Price, Terms & Payment

Final cleaning on request 70 Euro; local tax (1,10 Euro / person aged 13 years / day), deposit by the owner or his agent 300 euro. Renting of linen and towels is not possible.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
