The house was renovated in 2010 for 4 people with modern tastes. The ground floor terrace towards the living-dining room with TV (French channels) and a modern kitchen with microwave oven, freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher. Washing machine. Beside the kitchen there is another seating area in the garden. Separate WC. On the first floor which is accessed via a staircase with small steps, two bedrooms each have a 1.40 m wide bed. For emergencies, there would be an additional folding bed. Cots. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric heating. For the large terrace in front of the house there is garden furniture, electric grill, and deck. The 800 sq. ft., partially sloping site has been completed and it can be parked on it. Pets are eventually welcome on request. It looks out over the sea to Mandelieu. At this point, an honest word: Mandelieu has a small airport, the highway winds its way some distance along the coast. Depending on the weather, it can lead to impairments in our site visit we felt not bother us.

Mandelieu-La Napoule directly with its uniquely beautiful location on the Mediterranean, across the bay of Cannes, about halfway between St. Tropez and the Italian border, is a classic seaside resort famous at a high level with a modern face.

Price, Terms & Payment

Heating (ectricity) by consumption; Final cleaning (House well-swept leave); tax; Deposit by the owner or his agent: 500 Euro in cash. Linen can be rented, 15 Euro per bed per week with change, towels (large and small) 5 Euro/ person and per week with change.
