The House is built at the holiday home of owner. It stands in a pleasant residential area, is rustic and furnished vacation-friendly, has 75 m² living space and is ideal for a family. The entrance is the dining room with sofa (emergency) bed, TV (flatscreen, engl.) Transmitter and USB port) and dining table, kitchen including microwave oven, a small freezer, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Exit to the terrace with chairs and an electric Grill. In the garden floor bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine are 3 single beds in the connecting room (access to the garden). Next door, a small bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and access to the garden. Baby cot (COT) and high chair can be made on request. Pets are not allowed. Electric heating. The finished garden plot partly is a suspended circular piece (for both parts of the House). There is a further terrace overlooking the sea underneath of the House with a garden and recliners. Electricity after consumption; Final cleaning included (House well-swept leave); Deposit 250 euro by the owner or his agent. Renting of linen (double bed 9,50 euro per bed and week, single bed 7,50 euro per bed and week, pillowcase 2,50 per piece and week) and towels (4,50 euro per piece and week) can be rented.
