The house was completed in 2012 and has a floor space of 120 square meters. It is in a small, new residential area on the outskirts of Pourrières.

The ground floor with access to the terrace of the large living and dining area with satellite TV (german chanels), CD player and Internet connection (WLAN systemic / local availability). The open kitchen is equipped with inter extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. In the next room are the washing machine and an American fridge and freezer. The bedroom with a 1.60 wide bed and exit to the terrace on the groundfloor has a bathroom with shower and sink. A separate toilet.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with 1.60 m wide beds. Bathroom with shower and two sinks. A separate toilet.

Underfloor heating. A cot can be provided upon request. Bringing a small pet must be requested.

Terrace with garden furniture and loungers. Private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with roller shutter door. In the pool house, there are inter alia an electric grill. Outdoor shower, toilet. New plantation.

Garage and parking on the property, which is completely fenced.

Very close to all places in Provence: in place to grocery stores and restaurants about 1k; the nearest town to Tretes, to the stable and supermarket about 8 km, to the golf course about 12 km. To Aix-en-Provence about 30 km, about 50 km to Cassis, Marseille about 55 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity, water, gas and final cleaning are included. Please leave the holidayhouse clean. Bed linen and towels (no change) are also included. Deposit on the spot by the owner or his agent 400 Euro.
