From an old chestnut picker house this individual summer cottage has originated in La Garde Freinet. The kitchen and the eating area are still in the original, old part with thick stone walls.

The comfortable summer cottage has a living space of approx. 250 square metres. In the garden floor there are 2 other bedrooms (approx. 2.04-m height): one with a 1.60-m-wide bed and bath and WC, one with a single bed and bath with shower. On every floor there is in each case a separate WC. Electric heaters. The private swimming pool is 10 m approx. 6 m x, very rustic couch area. The barbecue is forbade for safety reasons. The natural, precipitous slope property (approx. 1 ha) is fenced in. Washing machine. Pets are not welcome. One can park on the property. The house is not suitable for small children. Bed linen will be provided.
