The pool of these Domaine with about 32 houses is also our customers. The house is very comfortable, modern and colorful. Here you can well on the car, because the beach, port (for passage to St. Tropez), restaurants and shopping opportunities are well within walking distance. The house was 2007 completed and offers 150 square meters of living space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is the living room dining room with satellite TV (German broadcaster), CD player and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with Others Microwave oven and dishwasher. Separate toilet. On the first floor are the 3 bedroom: two each with a 1.60 m wide bed, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, covered balcony, baby bed and chair. Two bathrooms: one with a tub, double sink and toilet, a shower (Attention: narrow entrance), and toilet. About the air conditioning in the house, the rooms are cool and heat. Terrace with enough garden furniture, couches and sun protection, the land is about 1000 square meters in size. Private swimmingpool (10 m x 4,10 m, Deep: 0,95 m to 2,00 m). The swimming pool (approximately 8 m x 15 m) in the plant is shared (open in the summer months). In front of the house, there are three parking spaces. Pets are not allowed.

Price, Terms & Payment
Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); Electricity and water after counter; Deposit on the site at the owner or his representative 400 euros. Linen 15 euro per bed/stay and towels (1 towel and 1 bath towel) 5 euro per person/stay can be arranged. Without change.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment.
