The likeable owners inhabit the upper floor of the villa, they are very reserved and obliging. Flat in the ground floor with approx. 80 square metres of living space. Residential dining room with double sleep couch, TV SAT (German transmitters) and open culinary area with a microwave oven, an electric cooker and 2 hearthstones, coffee-machine, washing machine, dishwasher. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed and couch is a passageway room to the bedroom with two single beds (exit on terrace). Bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Separate WC. Phone to the reception of conversations. Electric heating. Terrace with garden piece of furniture and swimming pool to the joint use (approx. 12 m x 6 m; 2.40-m depth; pool alarm) with level access. Impressions of our customers: The apartment was very cultivated, the landlord very friendly and it was very quiet. We would go there again. Great location, excellent facilities. Owners friendly, helpful and otherwise unremarkable. Object has been very well maintained and cleaned. The environment is just great.We have made the customary trips: Grasse, Cannes, Monaco, Saint Juan ... but also a lot of time spent at home.
