The holiday apartment is for 4-5 persons in the ground floor of a villa. The villa is in a very quiet area of Spéracèdes in a private residential residence. You live in the slope and look in the distance in the direction of Cannes.
Spéracèdes is a cultivated provencal place, approx. 10 km to the west of Grasse. The likeable owners inhabit the upper floor of the villa, they are very reserved and obliging.
Apartment in the ground floor with approx. 80 square metres of living space. Living / dining room sleep couch(1 adult or 2 children), TV SAT (German transmitters) and open kitchen area with a microwave oven, an electric cooker and 2 plates, coffee-machine, washing machine, dishwasher. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed is a passageway room to the bedroom with two single beds (exit on terrace). Bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Separate WC. Phone to the reception of conversations. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture and swimming pool to the joint use (approx. 12 m x 6 m; 2.40-m depth; pool alarm) with level access. A domestic animal is allowed on inquiry. Parking bay on the property.

After Cannes to the beach about 25 km, in the city to Kaufmann, restaurant, tennis court about 1.5 km; Grasse about 10 km; stables about 8 km; supermarket about 2 km. To Nizza about 57 km.
Price, Terms & Payment
Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); deposit 350 € by the owner or his agent. Linen (12,50 euro for a double bed per week, 10,00 euro for a single bed per week) and towels (5 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us

In the hills above Cannes, directly at the Lac de St. Cassien near Montauroux, the country house with the swimming pool whose big flat more than 2 floors you can rent.
This exclusive villa for 6 persons with private pool stands below the little village Cabris, a cat's jump away from Grasse. The house is aimed with its front to the south, thereby one has a dreamlike view at the surrounding hills and at the sea in the distance.
