Description holiday home PRV098

The villa for 6 (8) people is in a typical Provencal village on the outskirts of the Alpilles Mountains near Eyguières and Salon-de-Provence. The small shops are within easy walking distance.

The very comfortable villa built in 2006 and has approximately 170 square meters of living space, 4 bedrooms (5 bedrooms for 8 persons). The approximately 65 square meters living room has a fireplace, satellite TV (German channel). The quality fitted kitchen is inter alia with dishwasher, freezer, extractor hood and washing machine. Three bedrooms have one double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 1 bedroom has a 1.40 m wide bed and a single bed (loft). In another small room, a double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms. One of them with bath and toilet in the EC and one with shower, double washbasin and toilet on the floor. Two separate toilets. Heating for heating and cooling in all rooms. The completed site is about 950 square meters. The private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; Deep: 1,10 m to 2,00 m) is secured by a fence. There are 2 terraces with garden furniture, loungers and barbecue. Swing and sandpit. Parking on premises.

the sea and marina about 40 km, to the shops about 200 m; to the restaurant about 500 meters, the supermarket and stables about 5 km, to the golf course and a public swimming pool about 8 km, to Marseille about 70 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Cleaning if necessary 80 Euro. Electricity on consumption; Deposit by the owner or his agent: 500 Euro; Additional cost on request for an occupancy of 8 persons. Rental of linen and towels is not possible.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
