The house is very comfortable and welcoming. Here you can well on the car, because the beach, port (for the trip to St. Tropez), restaurants and shops are well within walking distance.

The semidetached house has a surface area of approximately 95 sqm. On the ground floor is the living and dining room with music system, satellite TV (German broadcaster), and open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine in the next room. WC separately. In the upper floor, two bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m wide bed space for four people. Bath with sink, shower and toilet. The house has air conditioning for cooling and heating. Terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, a small front garden. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parking at the house.
