Upper floor with air-conditioning: Two cubicles with a bed in each case of 1.60 m x 2.00-m size; between the rooms there is a bathroom with bath, sink and WC. A baby bed as well as a high-level chair exist. Washing machine. Central heating. Swimming pool (approx. 11 m x 5 m) to the joint use. A domestic animal is allowed perhaps after arrangement. In the basement there is an apartment where the German - American owner-couple lives.

Arrival / Departure Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.
Booking If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
Impressions of our customers, we have enjoyed the lake and were glad for a beach, in the rest of the house back. Faience, Tourrettes and Montauroux are picturesque villages ... Helpful owner ... The equipment was very tastefully (pictures), and also typical provencal.
The holiday apartment is for 4-5 persons in the ground floor of a villa. The villa is in a very quiet area of Spéracèdes in a private residential residence. You live in the slope and look in the distance in the direction of Cannes.
