Description apartment COT064 
One can describe the house as an oasis. It stands in a pleasant, quiet residential district, to the east of the centre of Saint Raphael. In the house there are 3 holiday apartments which have its private entrance and own garden part with garden pieces of furniture.

The flats were renovated in 1997 and are very bright in total and are held friendly. The garden with Mediterranean plants rounds the picture. The property is fenced in. The approx. 45 square metre flat for 2 persons is moulder furnished. Spacious living quarters and eating area with open American (installation) kitchen, range hood, freezer compartment and microwave oven. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Terrace with pergola and garden pieces of furniture. A domestic animal allowed. Electric heating. An additional bed can be put against surcharge, a child from 5 years is welcome (no babies). A parking lot on the property.


Distances

Restaurant, merchant, marina about 500 m; to the beach Beau Rivage 1200 m; tennis court about 4 km; golf course about 4 km, per coastal road to Cannes about 21 km, to Nice approximately 67 km.


Price, Terms & Payment

Water after consumption; Final cleaning including (house well-swept leave); security deposit on the spot with the owner or his authorized representative: 220 euros. Bed linen and towels can not be rented.

Arrival / Departure
Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

Booking
If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us

Equipment and situation very well .... warm reception by family P., our environment has fallen, varied ... we were all happy. We did everything like we have everything. We have many small sandy beaches, even in the vicinity v. St. Raphael (mostly on foot) are often used. The atmosphere was so romantic .... Your information sheet was very helpful.
