The rock beach is accessible on foot about a precipitous stair. Popular regular customer's house: two thirds of all customers come back here again. The house has a living space of approx. 180 square metres at two levels. From the living-dining room with chimney, TV SAT (in German), CD player, DVD, phone and access DSL (wireless) one has about the terrace away a dreamlike all-round sea view. On a small gallery in the sitting room a working corner with desk and Telefax is available. The kitchen is completely furnished with an among other things microwave oven, range hood, American fridge and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer stand in the next room. The bedroom with two coexistence-standing single beds (0.90 m x 2 m) at this residential level has own bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Separate WC. In the upper floor (entrance floor) there are three other bedrooms: two with a double bed in each case (1.60 m x 2 m) and one with two coexistence-standing single beds (0,90 m x 2 m). Two rooms dispose of an additional sink and own balcony. At this level there is a separate toilet and a bath with shower and sink. Baby bed. At two levels one has in total again approx. 180 square metres of terrace surface with panoramic view over the sea. The heatable pool is approx. 8 m x 4 m, 0,90 m to 2,00 m deep, and has a counter-current system (with rolling cover and child protection). Enough garden pieces of furniture and a barbecue grill are available. The slope property is approx. 1,000 square metres and fenced in. On the property there are several, partially roofed parking bays. Bringing along of domestic animals is not allowed. An under-floor heating donates pleasant warmth to colder days. Safe.

Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity, final cleaning inclusive (house well-swept leave) and pool heating (except in the high season) inclusive; Deposit 500 euro in cash by the owner or his agent. Bed linen and towels can be rented to a package price of 20 euro per person and per week. Weekly change. For late arrival fee of 25 euro per started hour can be billed. Surcharge 120 Euro for one week booking.
