Description apartment COT099 
The holiday apartment in the garden floor of a two family house lies near to the beach and to the purchasing possibilities in Les Issambres. It is correct and furnished suitably.

The apartment has a floor space of about 75 square meters. In the large living-dining room is a double sofa bed (1.40 m) and a satellite TV (German broadcaster). The separate kitchen has a microwave oven, frozen tray and a dishwasher. A bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Washing machine. There is a terrace with chairs and sofas, 2 deckchairs and gas grill. Small sea view. Central heating. Pets are not welcome.


Distances

To the beach about 350 metres; at the tennis court and merchant about 1 km; to St. Tropez about 23 km, to Cannes approximately 45 km, to Nice approximately 81 km.


Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity and final cleaning incl. (house well-swept leave); heating 10 Euro when required per week; deposit 250 euro by the owner or his agent. Bedlinen and towels can not be rented.

Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us

Comments and sugestions for
Overall another great quarter. Equipment good situation was super. The various bathing facilities (beach and rocks), especially the children liked. Equipment and location were very good, far enough from the coastal road to traffic, nothing to remember. Kitchen was very well equipped, very clean.
