The villa with seaview was built in 1990 and has about 140 square meters of living space. There is a spacious living room with fireplace, CD player, phone to receive calls and satellite TV (German), wireless Internet access for systemic / local availability, next door in front of the open plan kitchen and a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with inter alia Microwave oven, extractor hood and dishwasher. Here above is a gallery with a 1.80 m wide bed (two mattresses). In a hallway behind the kitchen there is a shower room with wash basin. In the sleeping area of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tub and sink. A few steps higher is a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony. Two separate toilets. Electric heating. Washing machine. Pets with short hair possibly on request. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is about 40 square meters large and partly covered, there is a panoramic sea view. Please note: the house is not suitable for small children. The access road  on the property to the house has a slope of 22%, electrical entrance portal. Parking on the property. Larger cars should park right on the service road to the property.

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave). Electricity atfer consumption (0,16 Euro/KW); Deposit by the owner or his agent: 300 Euro. Local tax approximately Euro 0.80 p.Pers. / day (in 2009). Bedlinen and towels can not be rented.
