The holiday home was built in 1971 and renovated in 1998. It has approx. 180 square metres of living space more than two floors. Before the kitchen and the living-dining room with chimney and TV SAT (German transmitters) one has a house-wide terrace with garden pieces of furniture with wide sea view. The separate kitchen is completely equipped with among other things American fridge, range hood, freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide), one with two single beds and two with a 1.40-m-wide bed in each case.
