Ideally the quiet position and only approx. 15 km away from miraculous sandy beaches. The house was built in 1990 and has a living space of approx. 250 square metres. In the ground floor are the spacious sitting room and dining room with chimney, phone and SAT TV (in German), video and hi-fi layout. Next door the big kitchen with among other things microwave oven, freezer compartment, range hood, washing machine and dishwasher. A big bedroom with 1.80 m x 2-m-beds and bathroom with bath, shower and WC. One reaches the roofed terrace along the house from all rooms. In the upper floor three other bedrooms are with two put together single beds in each case (0.90 m x 2 m). Two baths with tub in each case, shower, sink and WC. Garden pieces of furniture, couches and electric grill are available for the terrace and the pool area. The private swimming pool is approx.  5 m x 10.5 m, 1,20 m to 2,50 m deep, secured by an alarm system. Domestic animals are not allowed. Roofed parking bay in the house for 2 cars.

Price, Terms & Payment

Final cleaning including (house well-swept leave); Electricity (heating) from 01.09.12 after counter; deposit 500 euro by cheque by the owner or his agent - restitution after departure. Linen and towels can be rented (linen 10 euro /Person/stay, towels 5 euro/person/stay) without change.
