The nearest sandy beaches Gigaro and Débarquement are just 10 minutes reach by car, to the popular sandy beaches of Pampelonne and Tahiti in St. Tropez it takes about 20 minutes, reached via a small road with a view of Gassin, Ramatuelle-St. Tropez. The picturesque village of Gassin is 5 minutes away by car. This very comfortable house was completed in 2006 and has about 160 square meters of living space. There is a 80 sqm large living room with decorative fireplace and telephone (to receive calls), Internet access for systemic / local availability, satellite TV (German channels), an open kitchen with induction plates, freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher.
