Description holiday home PRV004

The holiday cottage for 2-5 persons is due to the edge of the village of Aups, a picturesque place southern of the Lac de Ste. Croix. Vines grow over the terrace and goldfishes swim in the small pool with waterlilies.

The holiday cottage was built and disposed in 1993 above approx. 65 sqm of living space. Entrance the living-diningroom with SAT TV (German) and CD and MP3 Player, of the open kitchen corner with among others freezing compartment and extractor hood. A steep stairs staircase leads from here to the gallery with a 1.40 m wide bed and a single bed. A dormitory with a 1.40 m wide bed and baby bed. Bathroom with shower, basins and toilet. Electrical heating. Washing machine. Terrace with garden furnitures and grill. Parking near the house. A domestic animal can be brought along. The nice owner lives in the house on the neighbour property (covered and turned away by a wall). The same is the property entry to the houses.

In the place to the merchant, a restaurant and tennis courts around 500 metres, to Lac de Ste. Croix about 13 km, to the supermarket about 1 km; stables about 2 km, the Grand Canyon du Verdon about 30 km; after Fréjus about 57 km, to Aix-en-Provence approximately 83 km, to Marseille about 97 km, to Nizza about 128 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Including electricity; cleaning (if necessary) 50 Euro, 220 Euro deposit by the owner or his agent. Bed linen (12,50 euro per bed and week) and towels (5,00 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.

Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

Booking
If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
