One lives in the quiet hinterland of the Côte d'Azur which is well accessible, nevertheless, at approx. 45 minutes. The summer cottage for 6 persons was built in 1993 and has approx. 180 square meters of living space at a level. Big sitting room and dining room with chimney, SAT TV (german) and exit on the terrace, is directly connected the open kitchen with Freezer, extractor hood and dishwasher. There are a total of three bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m wide bed and two with two single beds in each case. The bathroom is equipped with two wash basins, a corner bathtub and a shower, adjoining a fitness space with glazing is in the direction of garden. A separate WC. Washing machine. Bringing along of a domestic animal is allowed. A baby bed can be requested. Electric Heaters. The private swimming pool is approx. 5 ms x 12 ms, 0,60 m to 1,90 m deep (with fence and alarmsystem, garden furniture are available. Unfortunately, the barbecue is forbade. One can park on the property.
