Already the entry with cypresses is picturesque like also the typical plane tree with benches in front of the house. Children have a lot of space for playing, the big barn was turned into a pool house with kitchenette, table and table football. The ground floor is suitable for persons in wheelchairs. There are altogether 3 double bedrooms, a single room and broader various sleep possibilities. The house has approx. 200 sqm of living space and is very full of corners in the whole. There is at once the big dining room in the ground floor with an open kitchen which is equipped among others with freezer, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Next-door again one little dining room with an American refrigerator. From the two dining rooms you can to the big living space with two sitting areas. Fireplace, SAT TV (German transmitters) and Piano. Telephone and WIFI entrance. There are a separate toilet as well as a small bath with shower. One achieves a bedroom over stairs in the pitch of a roof with a 1.60 m wide bed. A bedroom with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m big bed and a single bed (0,80 m x 1,90 m). Direct access to the bath with toilet and bathtub (suitable for persons in wheelchairs). Of the dining room into the first floor (electrical stairs lift) stone stairs lead. On the right a gallery with living corner and a 0.90 m wide bed for a person. On the left an office with view on the living space. Big bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed and a little baby bed. Another bedroom with a single bed.  A bath with shower, bidet and two basins and WC. Domestic animals are not desired. Central heating. The property is approx. 5000 sqm in size, laid out similarly to a park partly. The private pool is approx. 12 m of x 6 m (Deep 1,20 m to 2,20 m) in size and has countercurrent grounds at its disposal. Outer kitchen. There are car parks on the property. The garden and the pool are cared for by a Gardien who lives in an extension of the estate.

Bed linen (12,50 euro per double bed and week, 10,00 euro per single bed and week) and towels 5,00 euro per person and week) can be rented on request. Weekly change.
