Description apartment PRV071 
The flat for 4 persons is friendly and holiday compatible. It is located in a small winery in a sunny valley below Ménerbes, in the middle of the vineyards.

An ideal place to relax, and immersing oneself feel good. PRV097 is located nearby. The holiday dwelling is approx. 60 sqm in size. The living and dining room is in the ground floor with double sleep couch and open kitchen area with among others extractor hood, freezer and washing machine. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a bed wide 1.40 m respectively. The small bath is between the two rooms with shower and toilet. Electrical heating. Garden furnitures, grill and a deck chair are available for the terrace in front of the flat. There are car parks on the property. Bringing along domestic animals is not desired.


Distances

In the city after Ménerbes, Kaufmann and restaurant about 2 km; to Cavaillon about 16 km, to Avignon about 39 km, to Aix-en-Provence about 75 km; Marseille approximately 89 km; Nimes approximately 87 km, to Cassis 120 km. Menerbes, is a typical Provencal town on a rocky outcrop with idyllic streets and stone houses. Known by Peter Mayle's book "My Year in Provence".


Price, Terms & Payment

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave). Heating when required Euro 31 / week; Deposit 213 Euro by the owner or his agent. Bedlinen (12,50 euro per Bed and week) and towels (5,00 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.

Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us

Comments and sugestions for
Customer opinion: An extremely recommendable accommodation for people who want to live differently in holidays than during the rest of the year which want to know or get to know the country and for which achievements and elegance of civilization mean nothing. We were surprised very positively both of the equipment and of the warmth of the owners. The quiet location of the house in the beautiful valley was very pleasant. The one of you the central situation of the house in the centre of the Provence really offers something for everybody, qualitatively very good travel document what can be reached fast (towns, landscape, culture, meal and drink) and we have this with can learn. Altogether, we have found exactly what we had wanted: grown Provence into man and landscape, no artificial holiday world ... We have liked the situation of the accommodation outside the village in a complete silence in the country very much. The short way to Ménerbes to the baker and for shopping could be handled easily. One can in an immediate proximity, to the house half day trips make, the runner can start with the day with a differently long jog, the valley is sunny and a pleasant starry sky pleases for one in the night since any light pollution of the night sky is completely missing there. Beautiful, thrilling surroundings.
