Approach of the provencal and picturesque village Venterol with Nyons there is this nice property, surrounded by lavender - and wine fields, olive trees and cherry trees.

Far the look reaches in the valley and the song of the cicadas impregnated air fulfils from lavender and rosemary. Many visitors estimate the pleasant climate, olive trees stamp the character of the scenery. The summer cottage was built in 1995. The living space amounts to approx. 140 square meters. Sitting room and dining room with chimney and phone to the reception of conversations as well as SAT TV (in German). Separate kitchen, completely furnished with among other things freezer compartment, extractor hood and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a 1.60 m wide bed in each case as well as shower and wash basin. A bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and wash basin. Two separate WCs. Washing machine. Electric heating. Two terraces with garden furniture and grill, the private swimming pool is approx. 10 m x 5 m (Deep: about 1,00 m to 2,50 m) fenced in. A domestic animal may be brung along, the approx. 4,000 square meter property is not fenced in. Bedclothes and towels available.

In the city, merchant approximately 1 km, to the restaurant (Nyons) about 5 km; Orange about 45 km, in the Ardèche about 45 km (Montélimar); to Avignon approximately 79 km; after Vaison-la -Romaine about 23 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity after counter; Deposit 450 Euro by cheque on the spot by the owner or his agent. Final cleaning (house well-swept leave), Bedlinen and towels included.

After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment.
