This fantastically renovated stone house for 6 persons stands in the fruit plantations in Isle sur la Sorgue and disposes of a private swimming pool. The provencal spot in the Lubéron is known for his antique market worldwide.

The living space amounts to approx. 120 square meters at two floors. In the living and dining room with ornemental chimney there is aTV SAT (in German), WLAN, an open, completely furnished kitchen with among other things microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, freezer compartment, washing machine. In the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds standing one after the other as well as a bath with shower, wash basin and WC. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a 1.60 m wide bed. Bath with shower, two wash basins. A separate WC. Electric heating. Phone to the reception of conversations. A domestic animal may be brung along on inquiry. Enough garden furniture are available for the roofed terrace (approx. 30 square meters), outsidegrill, the private swimming pool is 10 ms x 5 ms. One can park on the property.

Restaurant and merchant about 2 km; to Avignon about 19 km, to Aix-en-Provence about 67 km; Marseille approximately 84 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity (and heating); final cleaning 80 Euro if necessary; deposit 300 Euro by the owner or his agent on the spot. Bedclothes (12,50 euro per double bed and week; 10,00 euro per single bed and week) and towels (5,00 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.

If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
