On foot you are at few minutes in the small place with shops, restaurants, doctor, drugstore and market. The equipment is a pleasant mixture of modern and antique pieces of furniture, outside you can stay on three terraces according to desire. We rent the house in up to 5 adults or in up to 4 adults and 2 children. The free-standing house was built in 1973 and disposes of approx. 215 square meters of living space. In the entrance floor there is a very much big sitting room and dining room with TV, Internet access, chimney corner, besides the well furnished kitchen among other things with freezer compartment, microwave oven, extractor hood and dishwasher, before it a roofed terrace with seat pieces of furniture. A bedroom with two single beds (ever 0.80 ms wide and 1.80 ms long, one extendable). A bedroom with a double bed (2 x 0,90 ms wide mattresses, 2.20 ms long) and bath with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bath with tub, wash basin and WC is on the same floor. The upper floor in the slant exists as a very much big sleep and livingroom with a 1,80 m x 2,20 m wide bed. Electric heating. Washing machine. Various terraces with garden furniture, electric grill. Below the house there is the private, fenced in swimming pool (approx. 5 ms x 11 ms x  about 1.20 m deep) with deck-chairs. A domestic animal may be brung along. The 3,000 square meter property is not fenced in completely. One can park on the property.

In the place to the merchant, tennis court and restaurant about 600 meters, to the golf course about 17 km, to Aix-en-Provence about 60 km, to Avignon about 48 km; to Marseille about 75 km.

Price, Terms & Payment

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); electricity by consumption; Deposit security by the owner or his agent: 350 Euro. Bed linen (12.50 Euro per double bed / week and 10 euro per single bed per week) and towels (5 euro per person / week) can be rented. Weekly change.
