Directly in Aix-en-Provence, on a small hill in the slope and only approx. 15 walking minutes of the historical center of Aix remotely, this simple and cleanly renovated town small house with own garage and look stands into the countryside.

You take up 70 steps from " Old Alps way " to the house. In July the famous music festival of Aix takes place. Likewise the very much known dance festival begins in the second July half and lasts till August. The town house was built in 1940 and renovated in 2000. It disposes of approx. 70 square meters of living space. In the first floor there is the living space with a auxiliary-sleeping couch (1.20 broadly) and the well equipped kitchen among other things with extractor hood, freezer compartment and dishwasher. A separate WC. In the upper floor the bedroom is with 1.60 wide bed. Office with Mezzanine. Bathroom with tub and WC. Washing machine. Electric heating. Terrace (in the direction of east) with garden furniture, small garden property. Domestic animals are not allowed. Garage (autoheight to 1.80m) with remote control. Enclosed property. Right and left neighbouring houses.

Distances

To the baker and merchand about 5 minutes walk, about 15 minutes walk to the center of Aix-en-Provence (monuments, museums, market, etc.), approximately 34 km to the sea (Marseille).

Price, Terms & Payment

Electricity after consumption (0,20 Euro/KW); Final cleaning including (house well-swept leave); Deposit 250 euro by the owner or his agent. Bedclothes and towels are put. Supplement for third person per week 20 Euro.

Your holiday home will given to you on arrival usually between 17:00 clock and 19:00 clock. On the day of departure you must usually leave until 10:00 clock. For details, see the travel documents.

If you want to book please fill the reservation form (button 'send booking form'). If everything was ok you will receive a mail. If the booking is possible, we'll send you a mail and a letter with the confirmation, otherwise we try to offer an alternative. After you have gotten the confirmation there is a 25 % payment due, when booking shorter than 60 days before, the total payment. You receive of course a certificate - the german Sicherungsschein- assured your payments to us
