The villa dating from 1990 has an area of ​​200 square meters and stands on a large sloping site in a residential district on the outskirts of La Garde Freinet.  This is the perfect South of France holiday rental location; It sits in its own large private woodland  surrounded by peaceful countryside away from the Riviera crowds, yet it is only 30 minutes' drive from St Tropez' s lively beaches, pavement cafes and nightclubs. The local medieval village of La Garde Freinet (2km away) hosts colourful twice weekly markets and has numerous shops and restaurants. There are plenty of activities ranging from golf at Beauvallon, tennis in La Garde Freinet, sailing, surfing and water skiing on the coast and  horse riding and cycling in the surrounding hills.

The villa is on two levels. The ground floor has an extremely spacious living room with 3 sets of doors which open out on to a large terrace and pool. Being all on one level makes it easy for a family

The beautiful pool is set in a large terrace and has plenty of space for secluded sunbathing or family activities. A wisteria covered area runs the length of the terrace offering lots of shade for dining under or for snoozing in the shade.
 

Electricity to counter; Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave).  Deposit by the owner or his agent  800 Euro. - Return after departure. Bed linen and towels are included with weekly change.
