From an old chestnut picker house this individual summer cottage has originated in La Garde Freinet. The kitchen and the eating area are still in the original, old part with thick stone walls.
An architect cultivated in 1980 generously the sitting room and the bedrooms. Approx. 30 m below the house there is the swimming pool whose couch area is very rustic. The comfortable summer cottage has a living space of approx. 250 square metres. Immediately at the beginning one comes to a spacious, high sitting room with chimney, CD player, telephone (to receipt calls) and big window front to of the terrace (0.52-m wall height), and seat pieces of furniture before it. Next door the kitchen with the rustic dining table. The kitchen is and g. with freezer compartment and dishwasher equipped. In the upper area of the house there are at first two lying side by side bedrooms, one with a 1.40-m-wide bed and one with a single bed (1 m wide). A bath with shower wash basin and WC next door. Below a bigger bedroom with a 1.60-m-wide bed, deep shower tub and wash basin, exit on a small terrace behind the house with outside shower. In the garden floor there are 2 other bedrooms (approx. 2.04-m height): one with a 1.60-m-wide bed and bath and WC, one with a single bed and bath with shower. On every floor there is in each case a separate WC. Electric heaters. The private swimming pool is 10 m approx. 6 m x, very rustic couch area. The barbecue is forbade for safety reasons. The natural, precipitous slope property (approx. 1 ha) is fenced in. Washing machine. Pets are not welcome. One can park on the property. The house is not suitable for small children. Bed linen will be provided.
