Spéracèdes is a cultivated provencal place, approx. 10 km to the west of Grasse. The likeable owners inhabit the upper floor of the villa, they are very reserved and obliging.

Apartment in the ground floor with approx. 80 square metres of living space. Living / dining room sleep couch(1 adult or 2 children), TV SAT (German transmitters) and open kitchen area with a microwave oven, an electric cooker and 2 plates, coffee-machine, washing machine, dishwasher. A bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed is a passageway room to the bedroom with two single beds (exit on terrace). Bathroom with bath, shower and sink. Separate WC. Phone to the reception of conversations. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture and swimming pool to the joint use (approx. 12 m x 6 m; 2.40-m depth; pool alarm) with level access. A domestic animal is allowed on inquiry. Parking bay on the property.

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); deposit 350 € by the owner or his agent. Linen (12,50 euro for a double bed per week, 10,00 euro for a single bed per week) and towels (5 euro per person and week) can be rented. Weekly change.
