In the hills above Cannes, directly at the Lac de St. Cassien near Montauroux, the country house with the swimming pool whose big flat more than 2 floors you can rent.
You live in the heart of a lovely nature reserve and protection of birds reservoir and have not only the view at the lake but also the direct access to the lake in which one can swim and pursue water sport of every kind (without petrol engine). The flat is furnished with rustic style pieces of furniture and completely comfortable. Approx. 200 square metre (head) flat in restored country house for 8 persons with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Entrance floor: Kitchen with among other things freezer, smoke deduction, micro-wave, dishwasher. Dining room with view to the lake and exit on the approx. 65 square metre terrace with garden pieces of furniture, grill and awning. Spacious sitting room with chimney, CD Player and TV SAT (in German). A bedroom with a wide bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and adjoining bathroom with tub and WC. Another bedroom with a 1.40-m-wide bed. Bath with shower and WC. Separate WC. Upper floor with air-conditioning: Two cubicles with a bed in each case of 1.60 m x 2.00-m size; between the rooms there is a bathroom with bath, sink and WC. A baby bed as well as a high-level chair exist. Washing machine. Central heating. Swimming pool (approx. 11 m x 5 m) to the joint use. A domestic animal is allowed perhaps after arrangement.
