As to us customers of the last years confirmed, the house separates the coastel road which approx. 20 m runs behind the house, from the sea so well that one can fully enjoy the advantage of the beach nearness and the view to e.g. Saint Tropez. One hears only the sea rushing...House part for 2 adults and 2 children with approx. 40 square metres of living space. Big living space with chimney and dining table, with a 1.40-m-wide bed and two single beds (0,70 m wide), in each case in an Alcôve (room with curtain separate), TV SAT (in German). Kitchen with among other things freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. A complete baby equipment is available on inquiry for infants. Bathroom with shower, sink, WC. Electric heating. Phone to the reception of conversations. Safe. Terrace with garden pieces of furniture and grill, approx. 500 square metres of proportionate garden property and direct access to the sea, sea view. A domestic animal allowed. Parking bay on the property.

Electricity after counter; final cleaning  included (house well-swept leave); baby bed (on inquiry) 15 euro / week; dog 50 euro / week; deposit 155 euro on the spot by the owner or his agent; Bed linen (10 Euro per person / week) and towels (7 euro per person per week) can be rented. Weekly change. Supplement for one week booking 85 Euro.
