The holiday home was built in 1956 and renovated in 1995. It has a total of approx. 160 square metres of living space. Immediately at the beginning one comes to the sitting room with chimney and dining area, phone to the reception of conversations, TV SAT (German transmitters). Next door the kitchen with among other things big gas range (5 gas places), microwave oven, freezer compartment and dishwasher. In the bedroom there are three bedrooms: one with a 1.40-m-wide bed and matching bath with shower and sink. Another bedroom has a 1.40-m-wide bed and divides the bath with tub and WC with the (child) bedroom with two single beds. Two separate WCs. Washing machine and dryer are available. Electric heating. A small dog may be brung along perhaps on inquiry. Garden pieces of furniture and a small electric grill stand on the terrace, the private swimming pool is approx. 9 m x  4 m, Deep about 1,00 m to 1,80 m (burglar alarm). One can park on the property.

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave). Electricity after counter; Supplement for dog 50 Euro in addition); deposit 800 Euro by the owner or his agent (with dog, retourn 1 week after departure). Rental of linen (30 euro per bed and stay) and towels (10 euro per person and stay) is possible. Without change.
