The private swimming pool is approx. 9 m x 4.5 m (Deep to 2,00m) and is protected electronically. Garden furniture available. The approx. 1,500 square metre property is fenced in, parking bay for max. 3 cars. Electronic gate. A domestic animal can be brung along perhaps on inquiry. Linen and towels are given.

Final cleaning included (house well-swept leave); electricity, gas and water to counter; Deposit on the spot by the owner or his agent: 500 euro. Bed linen and towels are provided.
