The rustic furnished, ground-level summer cottage has a living space of approx. 80 square meters. There is a sitting room and dining room with chimney, TV SAT (in German), phone and open kitchen which is equipped among other things with a microwave oven, freezer and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen there is a bath with tub, shower, wash basin and WC. Washing machine. There are a total of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one which is at the same time a passageway room, has a 1.40 m wide bed. Electric heating. Garden furniture and grill are available for the roofed terrace, the private swimming pool is approx. 4 ms x 9 ms (Depth: about 1,50m) and can be used from the 02.06.12. A domestic animal may be brung along. One can park on the property. The property is approx. 4,600 square meters, natural, not fenced around.
 

Electricity and final cleaning including (house well-swept leave); phone (invoice to 2 months after departure); pool expenses when required to 02.06.2012 as well as from the 08.09.12 (till the end of September) 75 euro / week.  Renting of linen and towels is not possible.
